Without prejudice

We used to shoulder tap someone and take a walk around the block.

That used to be enough for a tough conversation.

Today, the bar is higher, and that’s a good thing. With the right structure and without prejudice, conversation can lead to clarity, resolution, and a respectful outcome for everyone involved.
