HR Unlocked is founded by Lisa Oakley, an experienced HR and employment relations practitioner, investigator, mediator, and advisor with decades of hands on experience across New Zealand workplaces.
Lisa is known for her calm, practical, straight talking approach to complex people issues. She has worked alongside boards, executive leaders, HR teams, unions, managers, and employees in some of the most challenging employment situations organisations face.
